Prof. Olusola, Fayose’s deputy picks PDP Gov. ticket for Ekiti

Ekiti State Deputy Governor, Prof Kolapo Olusola, has emerged winner of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governorship primary for Ekiti State.

Prof. Olusola polled a total of 1,191 of the 1,968 votes cast to beat his opponent and former National Publicity Secretary of the PDP, Prince Dayo Adeyeye. Adeyeye garnered 771 votes with seven votes voided.

Delta State Governor. Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa presided over the election.
